RETURN /REFUND POLICY:
Jewelry in its original new condition may be exchanged or returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Any refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. This receipt must accompany all claims.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special orders are non-returnable. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made, or altered at the client's request.
APPRAISALS:
Appraisals can be issued free of charge at the clients request for any item purchased at Diamonds 'n Dunes. This receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance purposes depending on the insurance company (consult your insurance agent).
SERVICING AND CLEANING:
Diamonds 'n Dunes will clean and inspect your jewelry purchase free of charge for life.
COLORED GEMSTONE ENHANCEMENT DISCLOSURE:
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones listed on the front of this sales slip have probably been subject to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge.
